Abstract
The author studies the peculiarities of the State Program on Patriotic Education realization within the frames of a polycultural dialogue in the student body. A special attention is given to the prospects of implementation of the All-Russian sporting complex “GTO” (be ready to work and defense) as a propaganda of a healthy lifestyle into the structure of higher educational establishments, as well as volunteering and cultural-cognitive tourism.
