REALITIES OF CHANGES IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ASTHMA IN CHILDREN FOR 10 -YEAR PERIOD OF TIME

Abstract
The results of comparative observation of 10-year period approaches to the diagnosis over children with asthma were presented. During the analysis was revealed the dynamics of increasing the number of patients with mild flow of disease and the dynamics of decreasing patients with medium and serious flow of disease. Galloping growth the role of allergists-immunologists was noted in the primary diagnosis of asthma. Laboratory methods (determination of total and specific Ig E) dominate over the skin testing among the methods of Allergic’s diagnosis. The research of extend breath’s functions is regularly carried out in medium and serious flow of disease and not enough with mild asthma patients.
