Abstract
The article presents the educational strategy of the Republic of Belarus, which is a crucial condition for the formation of the system of values, social importance in the contemporary reality. Attention is drawn to the fact that in high school students should be able to show their talent, ready to live in a competitive environment. Reference is made to pre-university training as an innovative method of searching for talented youth.
