Abstract
The paper contemplates factors of project success and the need for all project management triangle conditions to be fulfilled. The author examines the key factors of project success and analyzes the coherence between the fulfillment of project management triangle conditions and the final project result using real examples and statistical data. As a result, there’s a little compliance between project results and project management triangle conditions fulfillment. Project must not only be done within the limits of time, budget and specification, but also must have a well-considered idea, well co-ordinated work and a good management.
