Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most actual problems, the problem of Formation of grammatical skills at German Language Teaching. This problem is insufficiently explored and required further researches. The necessity of using Grammar Teaching and the stages of formation of grammatical skills on the example of the German language has been studied in this article. The main attention is focused on concepts such as the receptive and productive grammatical skills. Such definitions as grammar, exercise system and method of formation of grammatical skills have been studied in this article.
