Abstract
There is a serious lack of the IT and engineer workers in companies all over the world. This lack has also a place to be in the fuel-and-energy sector, which is the one of the most important sectors of the economies of many countries. The experience of the most attractive fuel-and energy sector companies for a job according to the views of IT and engineer students in 2014 is scrutinized in the article.
