Abstract
The paper contemplates of modern cultural situation by means of food culture as method of studying of sociocultural transformations. The analysis of the world market of food foodstuff is pointed to annual growth by the halal products for 20-25%, it means that the cultural space actively increases the Muslim population extended worldwide. There are processes of Islamization in global culture.
