Abstract
The article describes the approaches to the development of the program of employee motivation in the company. We studied the needs of today's workers. Was made variants of activities that enhance performance of employees in the enterprise. In the article, the organizational structure of management of the enterprise is represented in the form of a hierarchical model, which has three levels from top management to employees.
