DECODING PROBLEMS OF LEGAL TERMINOLOGY TRANSLATION

Abstract
This article deals with the translation of legal terminology. Difficulties of the translation of legal terms in source and target languages are noted. Methods of transmission non-equivalent vocabulary are identified to overcome difficulties in translation.
