Abstract
Modernization of the Russian Health Care System will be efficient provided that all the drawbacks are disclosed and all the mechanisms to compensate them are created and perfection is being tried to achieve. In this process great significance is given to awareness the necessity of self-readjustment and self-perfection by every medical professional because the community of individuals with the low level of legal awareness is not able to auto-evolve.
