Abstract
In the article there is a review of the reasons of contempt of the ethical-legal law by employees of the Russian Health Care system. To investigate all cases of the contempt and to punish the culprits “here and now” is important but much more important is to lay the basis of legal awareness of the growing generation of the Russians starting from the very childhood: in families, pre-school establishments, schools, colleges, higher educational establishments. Nowadays in the system of medical education there has been formed a necessity to check not only the level of the entrants’ basic knowledge but also identifying of their legal awareness level.
