Abstract
This article is devoted to research the specifics of the functioning of the Institute "think tanks" in China and the impact of data centers on foreign policy. The study suggests that Beijing now has become one of the centers of world diplomacy, politics and international relations, with the Great Wall of China's foreign policy is now fruitfully many "think tanks", research centers in the field of foreign policy. Also, it is important to realize that the "think tanks" have different types of political influence on the various stages of the policy cycle.
