Abstract
The article is devoted to the basic characteristics of the process of personnel management in crises. Relevance of the article is determined by the high variability of the modern environment. From well-developed system of human resource management depend on the final results of the organization. The article highlights the main problems associated with this issue, and suggests methods of interaction with the staff management in a crisis.
