Abstract
The author proceeds from the fact that patriotic education on federal, regional, municipal and institutional levels doesn’t meet the requirements of innovative society and challenges of XXI century. Development prospects of the country and region of the citizen’s residence, sphere of his labour activity directly depend on hopes and volitions of every man as well as on his readiness to reveal his best traits, apply skills and knowledge for the welfare of people and native land.
