IMPORTANCE OF FORECASTING IN ORGANIZATION’S ACTIVITY

Abstract
In this article author explain the necessity of forecasting in organizational activities and in its management. In its activities, the organization must not only focus on its state currently, but also be able to rationally class its potential state in the future. This is need for her not only for evaluation and prevent potential risks in organization’s future work, but also its need for achieve competitive advantages in competition with other organizations. Herewith, forecasting of the organization’s activity can not be reduced to a simple description of future events, because its largely depends from a structure of management, which is formed by currently in concrete organization.
