Abstract
In the article efficiency of accommodation of investments into the multi-purpose under construction objects uniting the inhabited real estate and a sports-entertaining complex is analyzed. Value of presence of the developed infrastructure at formation of the decision of the investor, multi-purpose character of constructions, and also presence of solvent demand for the future constructions and the services connected with them is underlined.
