Abstract
The modern economy develops quickly and dynamically: new ownership forms appears, new branches, there is an integration of science and industry. We don’t have time to follow new trends in science and industry today because the progress is moving faster since every year. The rivalry is stronger in the business world because new organizations appears on the market, and therefore, new goods. But is not possible today to compete with other organizations thanks to a new product or service. What organizations can we consider effective? What are the performance criteria have an important role for today's organizations in the life of any growing organization? This article will consider the performance criteria of the modern organization using the model 7-S Mckinsey, as well as the network organization as an example of effective organization.
