AbstractThe article show insolvency of pessimistic forecasts about financial and economic development of the Russian Federation is shown and reasoned based on the carried-out analysis. The study used scientific methods of research: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, analogy. The authors conclude that escalate the situation created myths about the crisis of the Russian economy, in addition to the negative impact on non-professional in the economic and financial plans of the consciousness of society, has the opposite effect, speaking a kind of stimulus in whipping up the ambitions of professional elite of the state.
