Abstract
The article presents the results of analysis of the degree of influence employee loyalty «BIT Based Business» on the image of this trading company. The analysis included several areas, including relations in the team and with the management, understanding of the purpose of commercial enterprise and their achievements, the level of transparency of information management, the ratio of employees to their organization, the analysis of the factors influencing the assessment of loyalty and job satisfaction.
