Abstract
The article discusses using of social networks with Russian audience, provides rec-ommendations for the manifestation Sosial Media Marketing activity for different categories of users, provides a classification of negative information in social networks and recommen-dations on increasing awareness of brands and attract users to collaborate on the creation and promotion of products.
