Abstract
The Developed technology of manufacture and operation of the cutters on the shaft harvesters accompanied by high levels of waste metal, leading to unnecessarily high economic costs of the engineering and mining industries. It is proposed to produce a combine tools with working part replacement heads for their repeated use. Contrary to prevailing notions industrial tests confirmed the feasibility of the use of such cutters for rock mass destruction and their high efficiency.
