Abstract
This article reflects the importance of logistics as one of the areas of business activity. Identifies the main problems of formation of logistics in the Russian Federation. It gives a lot of details about the issues related to the lack of human capacity in the logistics area and the requirements for them. It reveals the role of logistics manager as professional in promoting a product.
