Abstract
The reasons of waterlogging agricultural land, the natural conditions surface flow and drainage valleys of the small rivers within the limits Kerensky-Chembarskoy Upland, economic and environmental work on the unfounded to forced drainage areas of floodplains the small rivers. Practical application of the work has been in the preparation of ecological expertise for projects draining agricultural land in the floodplains of small rivers Kamensky district of the Penza region.
