Abstract
The given article is devoted to review of the basic characteristics of consumer loyalty towards goods of definite trade brands. Considered the different meanings of the consumer loyalty idea. Presented the signs of consumer loyalty towards the definite brand good. Analyzed the importance of consumer loyalty for modern enterprises.
