Abstract
The results of mathematical modeling of convective heat transfer of an incompressible electrically conducting fluid in a spherical layer simulating liquid core of the Earth. The influence of thermal boundary conditions, the Grashof number and the magnetic interaction parameter on the hydrodynamics and heat transfer in a layer is investigated.
