Abstract
In this study developed a technique to determine the effect of aggregate activity and status of programmes for the support and development of SMEs in the country's socio-economic situation and calculated allocations from the State budget for the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in Japan, and shows the ratio of coefficients of the opening and closing of businesses in the sector of small and medium-sized businesses in Japan.
