Abstract
The article discusses the characterology of the heroes of the art world of A. Vampilov. The article aims to prove axiological significance of the image of Siberia in the works of Vampilov, highlight character-Sibirian as the main component of this image. Siberian is the dominant type of Vampilov's character, which summed up the characteristics and personality traits definitely close to the author himself.
