Abstract
This article reviews the current situation prevailing in the economic space of interaction construction companies under the influence of the international community is constantly introducing sanctions. The author considers the building complex of Russia as a multi-functional complex structure consisting of two elements: the territorial production and the financial economic systems, each of which absolutely different responds to the additional sanctions in the construction industry.
