Abstract
This article presents a simulation of business process management of social protection of citizens of accounting using the methodology of ARIS. Models of AS-IS and TO-BE notation eEPC, Ishikawa diagram, which reflects the influence of factors on the management objective - improving the quality of public services. Identified "bottlenecks" of the process and invited to a management decision.
