Abstract
The article describes the theoretical and methodological principles of psychological service formation in the Institute of Integrational Educational Program at Kyrgyz National University after Zhusup Balasagyn. We consider the establishment of psychological services on the example of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The main objective is the functioning of psychological services - to promote mental health, educational interests and the disclosure of the individual socializing, as well as the correction of all sorts of development difficulties.
