AbstractThis article reviews conceptual study models of retail store customer loyalty. There are three different model studies: a model based on consumer perceived value; a model of customer loyalty based on psychographic, geographic and socio-economic characteristics; the model is based on the devotion, the comparative advantages and costs of switching.Keywords: consumer perceived value, customer loyalty, retail consumer, study loyalty model
