Abstract
The author proceeds from the fact that individual and group activity of a man should be coordinated with fundamental moral values. Ethical mechanisms of formation and developing of a civil society must be oriented to the all-round development of a personality, ethical and professional identity, autonomy, freedom and responsibility of a man to himself, the others, nature, society and the world at large.
