Abstract
This article discusses the importance of systematic planning for activity of the enterprises of power sphere. Also reviewed the preparation process of personal and professional specifications, as factor of increase of efficiency of activity of enterprises. The paper highlighted the main recommendations on classification of factors of efficiency of management activities at power grid company.
