Abstract
This article contemplates main obstacles of developing small and medium enterprises in Russian Federation. Economic decrease creates difficulties for implementation of government assistance programs. According to research, carried out by author, current economic circumstances make entrepreneurs to look for alternatives of financing their businesses’ development and prosperity as well as new forms of business management.
