Abstract
The article reveals peculiarities of legal culture in the context of a communicative approach to law. Emphasizes that the legal culture is inseparable from the man and his activities only through intellectual understanding and interpretation of legal texts of values obtained legal consolidation and transformed into legal norms that can influence the behavior of entities and legal culture of society as a whole.
