Abstract
Meaning services increases in society. Services of a plurality of separate branches is transformed into a large-scale economy. At the stage of post-industrial economic development function and role of the content of services vary. One of the goals of the operation of services is to ensure the creation and use of new intellectual capital in various forms. Services sector transformed into a space efficient use of new and traditional forms of capital for entrepreneurs.
