Abstract
At implementation of business process management on the most difficult sites of work often there is a problem of resources allocation. To solve it, the method of organization of collective activity in complex organizational and technical systems is offered. It allows adjust special conditions of tasks allocation and determination of an order of their execution on the basis of the criteria that take into account the current state and the results of performed works, time and cost of their execution, abilities of employees and rate of use of the equipment.
