Abstract
In the modern innovative society science and education face the necessity to study functional needs of the growing generation of the Russians in the virtual space for further developing of the virtual subject environment by specialists (teachers, psychologists, psychiatrists, lawyers, programmers) that would create conditions for all-round development of children’s and youth’s personality in different kinds of activity on the Internet.
