Abstract
The paper considers the main elements of the strategic development of the industrial systems divisions of the company. Efficiency of administrative activity of heads of structural divisions of the company achieved due to the presence of multivariate and multi-linear and nonlinear relations between all structural components of the system and its subsystems.
