THE FORMATION OF THE RHETORICAL COMPETENCE OF TECHNICAL STUDENTS IN LEARNING LANGUAGE ARTS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the topical problem of formation of the rhetorical competence of students of technical universities. The article generalizes the experience of teaching of disciplines "the Russian language and culture of speech", "Rhetoric". The first stage of formation of the rhetorical competence is the study of the discipline "Russian language and speech culture". The author analyzes possibilities of the main sections of discipline in students awareness of the possibilities of a language system, the role each form of existence of language and functional styles in building effective communication. The second stage – the study of discipline "Rhetoric" – allow to apply the received knowledge in practice, the organization of speech communication.
