Abstract
In the article the problem of incentive wages of teachers, analyzes the strategic mechanisms of financial motivation in the conditions of overcoming the consequences of the crisis. Incentive requires optimization procedures motivational benefits with a focus on the performance of educational institutions and individual employees. Improving the system of incentives for employees should always pursue the strategic goal - to normalize the work of the teacher and pay for all of his efforts, otherwise, to achieve optimal performance of the institution will be problematic.
