Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of combating illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues by the police. Focuses on the forms of interaction of bodies of preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies. Proposed author's vision of improving the detection, disclosure and investigation of crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or their analogues.
