Abstract
Currently in Russia and worldwide, as a priority, come the problems of obtaining and maintaining a favorable quality of the natural environment. Green spaces in cities are only a natural component of the urban environment and are highly stressed as a result of anthropogenic impact and climate change. For the sustainable development of woody plants need deep, comprehensive study of biocenotic relationships. The research will identify the biological principles of formation of the ecological balance in forest biocenosis on the example of representatives of the microflora and microfauna of the rhizosphere of green urban spaces of the Vologda region.
