SOCIAL AND DEMOGRAPHICS COMPONENTS OF RUSSIAN’S INTELLECTUAL SAFETY

Abstract
This article examines the current trends of social and demographics components of Russian's intellectual safety. The general indicators of the intellectual safety are defined and analyzed. The developed negative trends are considered and measures for their neutralization are offered.
