Abstract
Scientific technical and socio-economic developing of a society directly depends on the condition of a personality’s inner world, its harmonic developing, civil stand and socio-cultural tendency. This fact actualizes the process of development of a package of measures, worked out by scientific community, in order to overcome ignorance in the process of an individual’s professional training.
