Abstract
The work implemented software product that will solve the problem of automating procedures in the evaluation of the operator proficiency ergatic objects. Assess the success of the operator's activity is carried out in stages based on the original methodology, which includes three main components: an analysis of the components that make up the structure of the production activities of operators; evaluation of each group, and the indicators that determine the efficiency of operation; the formation of the preliminary report and analysis of the results . The implementation of the computer system of personnel evaluation carried out on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process. The practical use of the developed program is possible for the evaluation and analysis of the operators proficiency ergatic object wide range of occupations and positions carrier.
