Abstract
The article deals with the determinism of traditional educational technology modern educational tools information and communication technologies. The authors consider the use of a Web portal for the organization of the educational process by placing on the Web-resource computer-based training programs, monitor the test knowledge. Studies have shown the effectiveness of the use of automated learning systems in the process of training qualified specialists.
