Abstract
In this work the characteristic of a climate and hydro-geological conditions of a river Shuya catchment area (Karelia) is presented. To estimate potential changes in principal characteristics of the climate and hydro-geological conditions in the study area in our work we used the results of numerical modeling using the atmosphere-ocean general circulation model ECHAM4/OPYC3 developed by the Max Planck Meteorology Institute in Hamburg, Germany.
