Abstract
The article analyses the problem of the permissibility of the inclusion in the content of the process of proof investigative activities and recognition resulting from the implementation of the actual data evidence. Proposed author's vision of improving the use of results of operational-investigative activity in the investigation, disclosure and prevention of new crimes.
