ON THE MATTERS OF IMPROVING THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
The federal law of July 2015 set basic principles and classification criteria for public-private partnerships (PPP) and initiated the broad discussion on the following matters: whether the increase of infrastructure and socially significant projects is to be anticipated, or the enactment of the law was just a formal issue. The paper deals with several problematic aspects of PPP legal framework in relation to regional practices and success stories.
